Welcome to our new re-vamped BST Journal. We hope you find our new website more accessible, user-friendly, and stylish. Our main categories remain unchanged as does our policy of publishing across themes and disciplines. Our editorial board as always includes key international practitioners and theoreticians. This eighth issue of BST contains topical papers, reviews, perspectives, and performances from around the world.
We would like to thank Roberto Crippa for his fantastic work on the journal’s new website and Steve Sams for putting it online for us. We also want to thank Steve Dixon, our new Head of the School of Arts at Brunel, for his support and financial assistance in the redesign project.
